Howdy all,
Been thinking about new tires, and had some questions to ponder. My thought is to run 35X14 Boggers on the back and either 35X10.50 Boggers or 34X10.50 LTBs on the front. Curious as to what ya'lls thoughts are on this idea.
Thanks,

| I would run the 35x10.5R15 boggers in the rear as if you got it locked, it will grip more than you think especially in shallow pits. TSL's do decent in the front in shallow pits as they are used mostly as a steering tire providing some traction but you definitely need the traction in the rear. My old street truck ran a 408cid sbc with 35x10.5 on all 4 corners as was super competitive in the KMRO, BVOR, CMBA and Stompers as it was built to pull 14.5 inches vacuum at 900rpm with a roller cam, heavily-modified and disguised Sportsman II's, dual plane and a vacuum secondary carb while able to run on 91-octane gas while meeting all the rules in numerous states running lockers f&r but in shallow it could get to be quite a handful to steer. The shallow pits work better with narrow tires to keep in the ruts |
